Stuart Carroll represents closely-held businesses engaged in entertainment, technology, fashion, retail and hospitality acting as an "outside general counsel" for his clients handling intellectual property and related transactions. Stuart serves on the board of directors for California Lawyers for the Arts, has taught Copyright Law as an Adjunct at Pepperdine Law School, and helps his local school district as a member of its Citizens' Bond Oversight Committee.
